Attaching a copy of the commercial registry or a copy of the license for charitable organizations

Please note that

For companies and institutions, the letter must be certified by the Chamber of Commerce

Important warnings:

Note that the annual sender name activation fee is 230 riyals, including tax

• The sender’s name must have a clear and direct relationship to the commercial registry. In the event that there is no relationship, proof of the relationship must be attached, such as trademarks, my country’s license, agency registration certificate, and food and drug certificate.
• The sender’s name must not exceed 11 characters in English, and the advertising sender’s name must not exceed 8 letters.
